A registered real estate agent with over 18 years experience, Alex Chan was the founder and principal of Property Zone which company has since merged with One World Realty to oversee the group’s property portfolios in Cheras and the Southern Klang Valley region.

Alex is a charismatic speaker and an active Rotarian.

Ms. Shirley Lee
(Principal) Projects and International Sales

Shirley’s extensive and varied experience in the real estate industry began 15 years ago when she started a company with two other partners to source for and manage accommodation for students for schools and colleges in Subang. She now specializes in project sales and maintains a portfolio of prime property developments in Kuala Lumpur and the greater Klang Valley Region that includes the highly successful Casa Subang and the Cova in Kota Damansara.  A former director of the Metroworld Realty Group and current director of Malaysia World Property, she divides her time between projects in Kuala Lumpur and travelling overseas to promote Malaysian property.
