The marketing management stint from the 1990s, while with a Singapore Government-linked company in promoting regional resort & industrial properties, has always been invaluable to Gary's corporate real estate career. Despite returning to Malaysia in 1999 post Asian Financial Crisis, his desire to continue in the commercial property sector led him to craft his niche in corporate real estate in 2002. Over the next 7 years, his patience and undivided attention in building a commercial client portfolio, won him established clients like Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia, Asustek, Phillip Morris and Hwang DBS.

Later in 2010, Gary joined OneWorld Real Estate and expanded his portfolio to KL fringe and suburban cities, serving local growing firms investing in own offices, downsizing companies relocating from CBDs and expanding MSC (Multimedia Super Corridor) companies. Fast forward to present days, Gary has added to his portfolio, clients like Kotra Pharma, Lorna Whiston, Al Madinal University and further strengthened his rapport with key property players like UOA, See Hoy Chan and Pavilion Group, through new office building launches (both sale & rent).
